Community Partnership of Elbert County Receives Kirby Smart Family Foundation Grant to Grow Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library

We are honored to receive a grant from the Kirby Smart Family Foundation, a donor-advised fund administered by the Athens Area Community Foundation! These funds will be used to support our Dolly Parton's Imagination Library program and will get more books to more children in Elbert County!
